A: Our factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture output value 800W+ per month.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 30-35days after receiving deposit. While for larger order, we'll try our best to catch the shipment.
Q: What's the quality assurance you can provide?
A: 100% inspection for bulk production. We also pay close attention to packaging and delivery.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we offer samples, but client needs to pay the sample fees & the courier charges. Kindly note the sample fees are
refundable when you orders. Thank you.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally we accept 30% T/T in advance, balanced payment before delivery.
We also accept LC at sight if the amount is over 10,000usd, thank you.
